Cardinal Santos Medical Center nominates Dr. Raphael Reyes for Most Outstanding Resident in Internal Medicine by the Philippine College of Physicians.

Serving as Chief Resident from January to June 2024, Dr. Reyes excelled in interhospital quiz contests, published a significant paper in 2022, and led smoking cessation advocacy.

He scored highest (203, 91st percentile) among 32 residents in the recent RITE, actively participated in medical missions, and earned widespread respect in three years of training.
